NORJ accepts online payments through the Vietcombank payment gateway. This page describes the supported payment methods, the payment process, and security measures in place.

Payment methods

We support the following payment methods through Vietcombank:

• ATM cards: Domestic ATM cards from Vietnamese banks.
• Internet Banking: Pay via your Internet Banking account.
• Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and other international credit cards.
• QR Code: Scan a QR code to pay via your banking app.
• E-wallet: Pay using supported e-wallets.

Currency

All transactions are processed in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Prices displayed on the website may be converted to USD for reference, but the actual payment amount is always in VND.

Payment process

1. Select your products and add them to your cart.
2. Enter your shipping and contact information at checkout.
3. You will be redirected to Vietcombank's secure payment page.
4. Choose your preferred payment method and complete the transaction.
5. After successful payment, you will be returned to our order confirmation page and receive a confirmation email.

Payment security

• All payments are processed entirely by the Vietcombank payment gateway. We do not collect, store, or have access to your card or bank account details.
• Transactions are protected with SSL/TLS encryption and OTP verification.
• Vietcombank complies with international payment security standards.

Failed payments

• If your payment fails or is cancelled, the order will not be processed. Your cart will remain intact for you to try again.
• If your account is charged but the order is not confirmed, please contact us. We will verify with Vietcombank and issue a refund if necessary.
• No fees are charged for failed transactions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Vietcombank. Refund timelines depend on the issuing bank and may take 5–10 business days. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
