Website norjshop.com is committed to transparency regarding product prices and all related costs, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
2. Product pricing
All prices displayed on the website are per-product prices at the time the customer places an order.
Product prices on norjshop.com are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT).
Pricing information is displayed directly on product pages, the shop page, the cart, and the checkout page. If a product is on sale, both the original price and the sale price are shown.
All transactions are conducted in Vietnamese Dong (VND). The Site may display prices in USD or other currencies for reference β the actual payment is always charged in VND.
3. Shipping costs
Delivery fees are not included in the product price by default, unless the website states otherwise.
Shipping fees are calculated based on:
- Delivery address
- Weight or dimensions of the order
- Delivery partner
- Free shipping promotions (if applicable)
Shipping costs are displayed before the customer confirms payment.

The applicable price is the price at the time the customer completes the order.
Confirmed orders will not have their prices changed, unless mutually agreed upon by both parties.
In the rare event of a system pricing error, we will contact the customer before processing the order. The customer may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
6. Service fees
Website norjshop.com is a business e-commerce website and does not charge account creation fees, account maintenance fees, order processing fees, or any other service fees when customers access and shop on the website, unless otherwise stated for specific programmes.
Should the website introduce fees for any additional services in the future, all fee amounts, calculation methods, and effective dates will be publicly disclosed on the website before implementation.
